Marketing/Communications/ Project Coordinator
Dash Board: create a measurement tool and templates “Dash Board” to track and report Programming - enrollment, feedback, Financials – donors, contributions, sponsorships, etc., PR - social media analytics, Events – types, number per month, etc….
Recruit and schedule volunteers: paid docents/hostesses for house and gardens public hours of admission and for the office. Maintain online calendar for staff and committee chairs. Create volunteer manual and provide training for new volunteers at the office as well as the Clarkson and Elizabeth Lawrence House
Program development: work with programs committee, Executive Director and Development Director to create programs in line with our mission that will appeal to a variety of audiences and engage the broader community. Manage on line registration.
Event Coordinator: to include promoting rentals of Wing Havens facilities, meet with perspective clients, prepare contracts, insure proper setup for rentals, and ensure staff coverage. Coordinate Wing Haven events.
Manage digital fundraising and digital marketing: knowledge, management and oversight of Social media... Scheduled web blasts to all members and additional data base contacts. Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler. Knowledge of web metrics and analytics.
