Wing Haven is actively supported by Mecklenburg County Extension Master Gardener volunteers. Master Gardeners share their horticultural expertise as part of the garden maintenance crew, in the nursery shop, lead workshops and presentations, conduct garden tours and work closely with garden staff members as part of their designated ‘Community Gardens Project’ service.
